The “Single Wide Female” books are written for every woman out there who has struggled with their weight, self-esteem and any number of issues that we all face as we work to become the best versions of ourselves that we can be.
They are meant to be light-hearted and fun, but I do hope that they will inspire you to live your life to the fullest, loving yourself completely as you do so.
Recently I did a fun thing by interviewing my co-author, P. Seymour, of the Single Wide Female books. She’s the author of another popular series, How to Lose a 100 Pounds.
Enjoy this short Q & A!
Q1: Since you’re an expert in creating a weight loss plan, what inspired you to write these books with me?
P. Seymour: I kept imagining this character who wasn’t perfect, but on a quest to change her life and grow her confidence. Losing weight not only alters the exterior, but how we feel about ourselves inside, too!
Q2: What do you hope women learn from Sammy?
P. Seymour: That women see themselves in Sammy — that even when things seem off center or hopeless, they aren’t. Sammy isn’t the most graceful, but she’s always willing to pick herself up and try again. She’s figuring out how to love herself as she is, and all women need to arrive to that place!
Q3: What’s with the bucket list?
P. Seymour: Haha… Well, the bucket list is something all of us have. Sometimes these are lists kept neatly in a journal, or just scattered notes. I think bucket lists symbolize the desire to be better, to learn, and grow as a human being.
So please enjoy Sammy’s fun and empowering tales for ALL women out there. 🙂
Happy reading!
